Privacy Policy

At Oraleather, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. Please review the following policy regarding returns and exchanges before placing an order.

❌ No Returns on Amazon or Marketplace-Related Issues

We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • If your product listing has been removed, restricted, or deactivated by Amazon or any other third-party marketplace.

  • If your Amazon account faces brand restrictions or related compliance issues.

  • If the order has been shipped to an Amazon warehouse — once shipped to Amazon FBA or similar facilities, the order becomes non-returnable to Oraleather.

  • Any issues related to Amazon’s internal policies, product handling, or marketplace limitations.


🚫 Damaged or Faulty Items

If any item is damaged, defective, destroyed, or incorrect at the time of delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

  • Check your order immediately upon arrival.

  • Report any damage with photos and your invoice number.

  • All claims related to transit damage must be made with the shipping carrier and must be noted at the time of signing the freight bill.

  • Oraleather is not responsible for damage caused during shipping or while in possession of third-party warehouses (including Amazon’s FBA centers or freight forwarders).


✅ Return Conditions

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and still in its original packaging.

  • You have contacted us and received written return authorization.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • You provide a valid invoice issued by Oraleather.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected.


💰 Refund & Shipping Policy

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If your return is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. Oraleather does not guarantee the receipt of your returned item without tracking.
